Tech Help Wednesdays

Event Description

Tech Help appointments offer you approximately 30 minutes of one-on-one assistance with a volunteer who can help you with things like downloading apps, helping you learn more about navigating around your smartphone and updating settings, setting up an email account, and more!

Book in here or phone Bega Library on 6499 2127 and our friendly staff will make a booking for you.

On the day, remember to bring your fully-charged device and passwords.

Event Partner

Please note that children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult. Please arrive 5 minutes before the start of the event to enable us to begin on time. Our events are sometimes filmed or photographed for promotional purposes. Images may be used on the library's or council's social media pages or by newspapers. If you do not wish your image (or the image of your child) to be published please let us know below. COVID-19 GUIDELINES All library events abide by and are subject to current NSW COVID-19 Public Health Orders. If you or your child are unwell, please stay at home. Let us know you can’t come by cancelling your ticket or email library@begavalley.nsw.gov.au. We look forward to seeing you at the library. CANCELLATIONS Our events often book out. If you are unable to attend, please let us know before the event so we can allocate your spot to another person. You can cancel your ticket up to 24 hours before the start of an event and have your ticket fee refunded. To cancel, log into the EB1 account you used to purchase your ticket or email library@begavalley.nsw.gov.au. Cancellations will incur a small booking fee. Events cancelled by us will not incur a cancellation fee. Occasionally, we need to cancel an event due to insufficient bookings or unforeseen circumstances. If we need to cancel an event you will be notified via email or telephone and your ticket fee will be fully refunded. We look forward to seeing you at the library.
