Do you like learning about the weather? Discover how to navigate the Bureau of Meteorology website and the BOM weather app.
Better understand how a weather station works, how weather balloons are released and how to identify types of clouds.
Join Nigel Smedley, a former technical officer at the Bureau of Meteorology, to find out more about our fascinating weather.
Suits adults and young people over the age of 16.

Notes & Requirements

Please note that children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult. Please arrive 5 minutes before the start of the event to enable us to begin on time. Our events are sometimes filmed or photographed for promotional purposes. Images may be used on the library's or council's social media pages or by newspapers. If you do not wish your image (or the image of your child) to be published, please let us know below.
